Abstract

ABSTRAK : Permasalahan air bersih selalu menjadi topik hangat untuk dibicarakan karena air merupakan kebutuhan dasar bagi manusia. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memetakan permasalahan pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih empat desa di Kabupaten Muara Enim (Desa Dangku, Kuripan, Banuayu, Baturaja) sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan usaha pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih di empat lokasi tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui diskusi kelompok bersama masyarakat dan lintas pemangku kepentingan, dilengkapi dengan pengujian laboratorium terhadap kualitas air, serta uji intervensi dengan implementasi alat penyaring air bersih sederhana didasarkan data fisik dan kimia sumber air di lokasi penelitian. Data diolah secara deskriptif dan dipetakan berdasarkan komponen-komponen permasalahan pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih empat desa di kabupaten Muara Enim. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa komponen-komponen utama yang berpengaruh terhadap permasalahan penyediaan air yaitu geomorfologi wilayah dan tata permukiman penduduk, didukung oleh komponen sumber air, curah hujan, vegetasi, kualitas air, serta sarana dan prasarana penunjang. Intervensi dengan instalasi pengolahan air bersih sederhana memperlihatkan hasil air yang melewati instalasi pengolahan memiliki kandungan bahan organik sebesar 19 mg/l, Fe sebesar 0,6 mg/l, SO4 sebesar 3,3 mg/l, Sulfida sebesar 0,002 mg/l, tetapi alat ini belum dapat mengatasi material ikutan berupa endapan pasir hitam.

ABSTRACT : The problem of clean water has always been a hot topic to talk about because water is a basic need for humans. The research aims mapping the problem of fullfilling the needs of clean water in four villages in Muara Enim Regency (Desa Dangku, Kuripan, Banuayu, Baturaja) so as to optimize efforts to meet the needs of clean water in the four locations. Data was collected through group discussions with the community and cross-stakeholders, supplemented by laboratory testing of water quality, as well as intervention tests with simple clean water treatment plants based on physical and chemical data of water sources at the study site. The data is processed descriptively and mapped based on the components of the problem of meeting the clean water needs of four villages in Muara Enim district. The results of the analysis show that the main components that influence the problem of water supply are the geomorphology of the area and the settlement settlement, supported by components of water sources, rainfall, vegetation, water quality, and supporting facilities and infrastructure. Intervention with a simple clean water treatment plant shows the results of water that passes through the treatment plant have an organic matter content of 19 mg / l, Fe of 0.6 mg / l, SO4 of 3.3 mg / l, Sulfide of 0.002 mg / l, but this tool has not been able to overcome the associated material in the form of black sand deposits.
