PERANCANGAN DAN PEMBUATAN MESIN PELET IKAN UNTUK KELOMPOK USAHA IKAN DI KELURAHAN BUKIT SANGKAL PALEMBANG

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Harga pakan ikan dari waktu ke waktu semakin mahal terutama pakan berukuran kecil untuk pembesaran bibit ikan terkhusus ikan lele sehingga menyebabkan usaha di bidang perikanan mengalami kerugian. Sedangkan petani ikan belum mengetahui cara membuat pelet ikan secara mandiri, ditambah lagi mesin pelet ikan yang ada dipasaran masih mahal harganya. Perancangan Mesin Pelet Ikan didesain dengan menggunakan energi listrik berkapasitas 25 kg/jam dan dibuat dengan hasil ukuran pelet ikan yang kecil berukuran 2 mm x 2 mm. Dalam hal ini untuk pakan bibit lele yang masih kecil untuk membantu kelompok usaha ikan. Pelet ikan yang dihasilkan dari produksi Mesin Pelet Ikan ini adalah untuk pakan bibit ikan lele yang usianya 3 minggu - 2 bulan.

ABSTRACT: The price of fish feed from time to time is increasingly expensive, especially small-sized feed for enlargement of fish seedlings, especially catfish, which causes businesses in the fisheries sector to suffer losses. While fish farmers do not yet know how to make fish pellets independently, plus fish pellet machines on the market are still expensive. The design of the Fish Pellet Machine is designed using electrical energy with a capacity of 25 kg / hour and is made with the results of the size of a small fish pellet measuring 2 mm x 2 mm. In this case, catfish seed feed is still small to help the fish business group. Fish pellets produced from the production of this Fish Pellet Machine are for catfish seed feed which is 3 weeks - 2 months old.
