Abstract
The Electronic System for Procurement of Goods/Services of PT TIMAH Tbk (eProcurement) has evolving in accordance to technology disruption’s dynamic. In order to meet digitalization requirements, the project has updating eProcurement System by implement some tools that utilize Digital Document, Electronic Signature and Electronic Meterai (Stamp Duty). Those tools are integrated to Procurement Management’s module and Contract Management’s module. The implementation itself has direct impact to company especially to Procurement Days which increased significantly (from 112 working days to 35 working days) as well as operational costs (total projected benefit value Rp.119.377.434.278).
