Analisis Stabilitas Lereng Menggunakan Penginderaan Jauh Daerah Kubang Tengah dan Sekitarnya, Kecamatan Lembah Segar, Kota Sawahlunto, Provinsi Sumatera Barat
Abstract
The analysis of slope stability using remote sensing is located in Kubang Tengah and surrounding areas, Kecamatan Lembah Segar, Kota Sawahlunto, West Sumatra Province. Based on geomorphological conditions, the research area is divided into three landforms, namely Denudational Hills (PD), Denudational High Hills (PTD), and Channel Irregular Meander (CIM). The stratigraphy consists of two rock formations from old to young, the Tuhur Formation (Trt) of the Triassic ag, and the Sawahtambang Formation (Tost) of the Tertiary age. This research aims to analyze the occurrence of landslides and factors that cause slope instability in an area so that it can be used as a parameter to create a landslide prone map. The research method used is field observation by measuring landslide slope, slope inclination, and morphological elevation. Followed by a studio analysis using secondary data. In the research area, locations with a high risk index for landslides are located in the north, west and south as evidenced by 11 landslide observation locations. The mitigation measures for landslides include the management of sloping slopes, such as making agricultural areas or terraces so that there is more vegetation and less steep slopes.
